Travis was a wealth of information and took time to answer all of our questions. He was very professional and very personable. He was compassionate and understanding with the unique struggles due to disabilities and health concerns in my household. Even my dogs like them and that says a lot. I cannot say enough positive about these guys. I will definitely use them for any services needed in the future. No one wants to have to call an exterminator but if you do I highly highly recommend pest detectives for anything you might need. If I could give a higher rating I would. I give them 10 stars two thumbs up and a 100%.

Not sure if it was from a garage sale or a recent trip to the beach but I found myself with some unwanted new roommates. Bed bugs. To say I was traumatized would be the understatement of the year.. I decided I could handle this problem by using pesticides available to the public and following a bunch of other advice i read on the internet. So wrong!! 2 weeks later and about to abandon my property altogether i realized i needed real help. James was recommended to me by another exterminator as the bed bug master of the area. I called this poor man hysterical. He assured me he would be at my house the next morning to inspect and begin any necessary treatment and he was. Exactly when he said he would might I add. He talked me through every step and was so knowledgeable I felt completely assured he was going to eradicate these creatures that turned my life upside down (and my sanity at some points) . Any time I called him with a concern or question throughout the process he answered the phone or called me back within hours. Yes, even on the weekend. I just had my 45 day follow up inspection completed and am officially free and clear of bed bugs. James if your reading this I can't thank you enough! For anyone else reading this if you have a need for an exterminator look no further . This company is phenomenal

Very knowledgeable in removal of bedbugs! I can’t believe there is anyone in this area with the knowledge of bedbugs than James. He did a very thorough job to make sure whole house was clear of the stressful situation and explaining his actions as he did it. I very highly recommend these folks!

Matthew came out and did a thorough job and followed up until the problem was under control. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone in need to a reliable pest control service. Paul was out as well and also did a fine job at helping rid our ant issues.

Paul came to our Greeneville home. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. We had a pest inspection and yellow jacket extermination. I had to reschedule my original appt on short notice and he was very understanding. I will highly recommend him to everyone.

He enabled us to take care of the bug issue on our on, but offered his professional guidance, and his services if we felt like we weren’t able to handle it. I’ve been having issues with pest and Travis came out and did a thorough inspection. Even for another issue I’m having with birds and animals in my wall. He definitely went above and beyond and he is the guy you want for your issue(s)! He is very educated on insects and knows how to do a great job! He found a dead bug and took it home to put under a microscope and identified it. He let me know what it really was and noticed everything he found and did so my apartment complex will know! Travis is the guy if you need any thing done! Never had a better experience then with him! Well done!🙂

I was very impressed with the service from this company. They came out looked at the insects that I told them I was concerned about, looked in the crawl space of my house and told me that they did not find any carpenter ants or termites under the house. They did not charge me or try to sell a treatment that I did not need. I will definitely contact them again if I have any issue or need any home treatments.

Have used them for a couple of months they go far above what i have ever seem to make sure they do there job to my satisfaction give them a A + this company they are there to help the customer appreciate them so much if you need help exterminating any kind critter give them a call
